Return Policy
We offer a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged, defective, faulty, or significantly different from the product shown in the listing/photos. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging. Customers may be required to provide clear photos or videos showing the issue before a return is approved. Returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect ordering, personal preference, or if the customer simply does not like the product. If the product matches the description and photos and arrives in good condition, it is not eligible for return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will provide a replacement or refund according to the circumstances.
